How to use it:
- Option 1: Copy it to your app folder, and add it to your dock. Them just click the icon to turn scrolling On/Off
- Option 2 (even easier): There is no really a need to copy it to your App folder nor to put it in your Dock, just keep it in any folder you want. To call it, I simply use the Spotlight (Cmd+Space) or Alfred, and just type: "Scroll" and hit "Enter". That's it.
